Walks N
Love is a small boutique pet sitting company run and
owned by Evan Taff and his wife, Sarah. They
currently live with three crazy cats and their 80
LB. mastiff-mix, Jade. They are members of NAPPS and
PSI.
Evan has
been pet sitting since 2002. He has worked for a number
of bigger companies in Montgomery County and started
Walks N Love in 2007. Sarah
was raised in a house with numerous animals, including,
dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, rabbits, birds, a duck
and even a pigmy hedgehog. She started pet and house
sitting for neighbors twenty years ago, when she was
12 years old and has 5 years of experience working
at vet clinics in the area.
We
are a small and personal pet sitting service dedicated
to your special needs. We offer a variety of services
for you and your pet designed to keep your friend
out of the kennel and comfortable at home while you
are at work or away. We are different than other pet
sitting companies because we offer a number of different
options for each visit and allow you to create a schedule
that works specifically for your pet (see
selection 6 under services! ). Also, our energy
healing work can provide your pet with a new sense
of ease while you are away and helps especially anxious
pets cope with your absence. Call us for more information

1.
EXPRESS SERVICE
Includes:
- A
10 minute visit to let your pet out back or take
a brief walk, administer any medication, scoop litter
box and/or give a treat.

MID DAY VISIT
Includes:
- A
15-25 minute visit to
let your pet out back, take for a walk, and/or just
sit/play with them, scoop litter, feed lunch, give
medicine if necessary and/or give treat.

3.
THE WALKS N LOVE
Includes:
- A
30-40 minute visit that includes all the same services
as the MID-DAY visit, with a little extra time for
some walks and/or love!

THE EXTENDED VISIT
Includes:
- A
45 – 60 minute extended visit including a
long walk or extra time hanging out with your pets,
scooping litter, administering any medications or
feeding/refreshing water.

THE ROYAL TREATMENT
Includes:
- A
super long visit of 1.5 hours with your pet. Consists
of a long walk or extended play time and all items
found in THE EXTENDED VISIT.

VACATION COMBO
Includes:
- Walking
or hanging out with pets, feeding, administering
medications, refreshing water, scooping litter,
taking in mail/newspaper and watering plants.

PET TRANSPORT

up of your pet and drop off to a destination of
your choice (ex. groomer, vet, family member’s

 REIKI
AND ENERGY HEALING:
Reiki is
a Japanese hands on healing modality. The word Reiki
means universal life energy. When this life force,
also known as ki, is blocked or stagnant it can cause
disease, anxiety, pain, etc. Reiki helps the ki to
better flow throughout the body, which helps to accelerate
the body’s own ability to heal itself. The Reiki
practitioner uses a number of hand positions either
on or above the clients' body during a session. The
energy then flows through the practitioners' body.
The energy then goes wherever it is most needed in
the animal. In some cases chronic/acute pain will
be diminished or even vanish completely. Reiki can
help the pet to feel less stressed/anxious, more relaxed,
less emotional, less or no pain and/or gives the client
a better ability to sleep soundly, along with a variety
of other benefits. Reiki can help your animal to feel
happier, healthier and more at ease.

Sarah Southmayd
is a certified massage therapist and Reiki Master,
who also does gemstone therapy to help purify and
cleanse the animals energy systems. This helps with
anxieties, skittish pets, animals who have been abused
or are suffering from trauma, and for overall good
health. Just inquire if you would like to speak with
Sarah to know more about how Reiki and energy work
could benefit your pet!
